Section I: Main Laws
Code A:Checking In/Out Laws:
1.Checkout time is generally 24 hours. If you do not check in within those 24 hours, you are given a 1 hour grace period to check back in. If you do not, you will forfeit your turn and the map reverts back to the previous check in(unless)... This is when the emergency 48 hour check out starts(S1,CA,#9), and you are only given two per month.
2.You are only given the grace period every two of your check outs
3.When your link is posted, you have exactly 10 hours to respond to checkout.
4.When checking in, you must post the link within 25 hours of checking out. If not, the link goes to the next person.
5.The next person in line also has 10 hours after your check in to check out. If they do not show by then, the link goes to next person in line after them and so on.
6.If you check-in 60 mins or less before the time(24 hrs after your exact checkout), the link waits for the next person in line.
7.If you check in more than 60 mins early, anyone available can get it however, you must still turn the link back in on time(24 hrs.w/no grace period) for the next person in line.. They'll still have 60 minutes to pick it up.
8.No Creative Mode Allowed unless government authorized.
9.Every month, you are given two emergency checkouts that you can use for up to 48 hours. Be sure to use them wisely.
Code B:Central Town:
The Central town is the spawn location in which all players must go back to at the end of the checkout to allow the next player to be able to obtain their items.
The Central Town Includes:
-Post office and Dock for the Service to ship and trade goods
-Town Hall which includes the bank, rooms for beginners, and floors set to keep records.
-Another building for the central town to buy goods in exchange for credits.
Section II: Economic Laws
Code A:Earning Cash:
There is only two ways you can earn cash:
1. From the bank:
To earn money from the bank, you can do any number of jobs listed in the town hall. Once you are done with the job, deposit the resources in a chest that has your name in the fourth floor. Then, you may pick up the credits it says you earned from the bank's vault.
2. From other citizens:
You have the right to sell goods and services to anyone you wish. However, there is a tax on 10% of all goods sold which must be payed to the "tax" box in the town hall.

Code C: Border Guide:
Step 1: Create a 80x80 square with leaves surrounding the area of where your land will be.
Step 2: Replace only one out of every six in the blocks of the border with a stone fence.(Eg. 5 blocks land, 1 block stone fence, 5 blocks land,etc.)
Tip: Travel east on Route 20 until you get to my land. you'll see how the border is.
Reason: We don't want people to surround themselves from society and the beauty of nature around us. In real life, towns and states in the US don't have borders all the time.
A simple dotted line border of stone fence will do just the trick.
-10% tax on any business transactions except bank.(In cash)
Code E: Extra Work
Note: This code is a privilege.
Section III: Townships, Land, etc.
1.The Fee to obtain your township privilege is 5,000C. Once paid, you can choose your plot.
2.Each township is 80x80, or you could chose one island.
3.To obtain another township, you must first incorporate the previous township.
4.Maximum of 10 townships per person only.
5.To expand your land, you must first have a "Town" Incorporation. A 16 block expansion in any direction is 1000C. 5 maximum per incorporated township.
6.All townships must be at least 100m away from the central town and other townships.
1.Incorporation of any township lowers your taxes by 10%. If you have two townships, there won't be any need to pay tax to the central town.
Incorporating different types of townships:
1.To Incorporate a farm town, it must have the following:
-Farm(at least 40x40)
-1 Active Store
2.To Incorporate a Town, it must have the following:
-2 Active Stores
3.To Incorporate a City, it must meet the following:
-Have a Town Incorporation
-Now 150 people
-Now 4 Active Stores
4.Once you receive a town/farm town incorporation, power lines, and a government built road will be connected to your land to be able to join the road network.
However, all settlements(even unincorporated ones) will get a simple gravel trail leading up to their land.
