It's not entirely compatible with the possibilities but this is the most useful site to date concerning electronics. I've used it for my map which uses multiple flipflops. Here you can see what the current does.

I learned about electrics from a map by MGBlitz81 called Electricity Unleashed. I highly reccomend this map but you have to go over everything a few times you won't learn instantly. Search for "Electricity Unleashed.scworld" in google and it should lead you to the SC forms

Nice website.
However, it requires Internet connection to access and most of browsers on mobile don't support Flash, so sometimes I also use an app called Current Circuit Builder to test my ideas before building them out. Not fully compatible with SC though, but still a nice way to try out some concepts.

Pistons

The one thing survivalcraft is missing are pistons that move blocks. Pistons,sticky pistons, and slime blocks added would make Sg awesome. Okok i know this isn't Minecraft, but pistons would add a new way to play.
